Amid the scorching heat of midsummer, when high temperatures made the weather almost unbearable, the enterprise was also at its peak production period. To prevent heatstroke among employees during work and to make front-line staff feel the care and concern of the company, the Party Branch of Anhui Qiangwang Group, together with the Group’s Labor Union and Youth League Branch, jointly launched the "Showing Care for Employees, Delivering Coolness in Summer" activity on the afternoon of July 5.

Lu Jie, the Party Branch Secretary, along with other Party members, brought cooling supplies and collectively visited frontline employees who persisted in their duties under high-temperature conditions, including those from the Production Department, Logistics Department, and Equipment and Power Department. They personally delivered the care packages into the hands of the employees, expressed gratitude for their hard work, and reminded them to take precautions against heatstroke, ensure proper labor protection, follow operational procedures, and maintain safety in production.

The "Cooling Care" activity not only conveyed the company’s concern but also greatly boosted the morale of frontline employees and enhanced team cohesion. The frontline staff expressed their gratitude for the organization’s care and pledged to fulfill their responsibilities with even greater dedication in the future.

To date, over 100 towels and more than 300 boxes of heat-relief supplies such as herbal tea for reducing internal heat, cooling oil with a minty fragrance, Huoxiang Zhengqi capsules, and Dragon-Tiger cooling pills have been distributed.

In addition to providing summer heat prevention supplies, the company has also organized various practical and effective activities. The production department actively promoted tips on preventing heatstroke during summer at pre-shift meetings, helping employees enhance their self-protection awareness and preventive capabilities in hot weather. Furthermore, the company cafeteria prepared mung bean soup and watermelon for the staff, offering them a touch of refreshment amid the scorching heat.
