2. Finance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Familiar with the operational rules of the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  2. Track, analyze, and manage annual sales financial KPIs such as accounts receivable, inventory, marketing expense control, financial statements, and effective input of sales expenses.
  3. Manage the sales finance data team to integrate and process branch sales data according to company requirements, complete management profit reports and analysis, and provide financial data support for sales management. Review and complete management profit statements and performance evaluation forms regularly based on the marketing company's assessment system.
  4. Participate in the planning, management, and analysis of company market promotion activities.

Qualifications:

1. R&D Center Director

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Over 3 years of experience in seasoning product R&D.
  2. Proficient in creating various Chinese and Western-style seasoning sauces with a strong sense of innovation.
  3. Capable of conducting product demonstrations for clients, presenting concepts, and possessing good communication skills.
  4. Maintains a professional image, upholds strong work ethics, and is dedicated and disciplined.

Qualifications:

  1. Responsible for product development, improvement, maintenance, and data analysis.
  2. Formulate production processes and quality standards for new products.
  3. Collect market intelligence and information on new technologies (including raw materials, packaging materials, production equipment).
  4. Provide technical consultation and product knowledge training to clients.
  5. Refine product development processes and systems; coordinate with various departments.
  6. Prepare technical documentation during the product development process.
  7. Support requirements for production technology improvements and quality control.
  8. Responsible for sourcing new raw materials and improving existing ones.
  9. Summarize and archive R&D project records and experimental data.

Job Responsibilities:

5. Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for customer development and sales in the assigned regional market.
  2. Decompose regional sales plans into specific targets for the area and clients, ensuring effective execution.
  3. Maintain stability and uniformity of the price system within the region.
  4. Manage and oversee distributors within the region.
  5. Execute product promotion plans and be accountable for their effectiveness in the region.
  6. Regularly visit key clients to maintain relationships.

6. Logistics Dispatcher

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately formulate logistics plans based on production and sales forecasts.
  2. Track completion of distributor order plans, identify issues, and provide solutions.
  3. Regularly complete production, sales, and inventory plan analysis, proposing improvements.
  4. Accurately and swiftly complete sales data statistics, adjustments, and analysis.
  5. Coordinate with relevant departments to arrange product dispatching and promotional plans.
  6. Accurately and timely process distributor orders to ensure sufficient supply for frontline sales.
  7. Track company shipment progress and communicate promptly if issues arise.
  8. Accurately and timely distribute promotional materials to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  1. Able to strictly execute common transportation operation management methods and processes. Familiar with basic transportation operations such as dispatch/exception/freight management, and capable of basic data analysis to support operations.

7. Intellectual Property Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the application and maintenance of the R&D center's status and qualifications.
  2. Handle the application and management of patents, software copyrights, academic papers, certifications, research projects, and grants.
  3. Manage external liaison work with entities such as the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology.
  4. Facilitate the commercialization and transfer of technological achievements from the R&D center.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Requirements may be relaxed for exceptional candidates. Preference given to those with a background in food bioengineering and excellent writing skills.
  2. Familiar with the application processes and key operational points for R&D centers and various research projects/grants.
  3. Able to independently complete feasibility reports, application documents, summary reports, and related documentation for projects.
  4. Capable of independently or leading the management of patents, certifications, and other intellectual property matters.
