The Party branch of Anhui Qiangwang Seasoning Food Co., Ltd. was established in November 2010. Currently, there are 10 full-fledged Party members, 5 prospective Party members, 1 person under consideration for Party membership, and 1 new Party member recruited in 2016.

Since its establishment, the Qiangwang Party Branch has vigorously strengthened standardized construction in accordance with the requirements of the municipal party committee's standardized construction of grassroots organizations. It has established a standardized party building work position based on the "six-having standards" of having a place, facilities, signs, party flags, books and newspapers, and systems. At the same time, with the strong support of the Municipal Organization Department, it has opened the "Pioneer Online" distance education terminal. In recent years, the company's party branch has won many honors such as "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization", "Advanced Unit in Grassroots Party Building Work", "Double Strength and Six Good" non-public enterprise party organization, and "Advanced Party Organization".

Since its establishment, the company's Party branch has vigorously implemented the "Double Training and Double Leading" project, focusing on recruiting party members from the management level of the enterprise and the technical backbone of the production line. The company's Party branch has strengthened the education and management of party members, carried out activities such as striving for the pioneer post of party members and guiding party members to correct their behaviors according to the "20 expressions of unqualified party members", effectively enhancing the party spirit and sense of ownership of party members in various positions such as production, sales, and management, and further exerting the exemplary role of pioneers. In 2016, the company's Party branch cultivated 5 party activists and recruited 1 party member.

III. Standardization of carrier activities

1. Strengthen theoretical learning and enhance the political proficiency of Party members in the branch

The Party branch of Qiangwang Company has implemented basic organizational systems such as the "Three Meetings and One Lesson" democratic life meeting and democratic appraisal of Party members. It has also conducted in-depth learning and education on the "Two Studies and One Practice", organizing Party members to collectively study the Party Constitution, Party regulations, and General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches every week, with a focus on studying the spirit of Xi Jinping's "July 1st" speech and important speeches during his inspection of Anhui. In accordance with the unified deployment of the Jieshou Municipal Committee, the Party branch actively held a special organizational life meeting for the "Two Studies and One Practice" learning and education, focusing on studying the speech delivered by Secretary Xu at the democratic life meeting of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee. The key to the "Two Studies and One Practice" lies in the "doing". The Party branch has incorporated the "Three Haves and Two Evaluations" activity for creating a service-oriented Party organization into the "Two Studies and One Practice" learning and education, guiding Party members and employees to make public commitments and fulfill them. Currently, 10 Party members in the company have made 65 public commitments, and 62 of them have been fulfilled.

2. Committed to targeted poverty alleviation, demonstrating social responsibility

In the targeted poverty alleviation campaign "Hundred Enterprises Assist Hundred Villages" carried out in our city, the company's Party branch organized and established a special working group for targeted poverty alleviation, consisting of middle and senior management personnel from the group. Zhang Qiang, the deputy secretary of the branch and chairman of the board, served as the leader of the working group.

In accordance with the targeted poverty alleviation objectives set by the municipal party committee and government, the company's party branch has implemented specific arrangements for poverty alleviation in Liuzhai Village, Daiqiao Town, adhering to the requirements of planning, phased implementation, concentrated investment, assistance in batches, and overall support. It emphasizes political responsibility, strengthens the main line of work, identifies the causes of poverty, adopts major assistance measures, continuously improves poverty alleviation planning, further refines target tasks, and ensures that poverty alleviation and development work is implemented step by step and progresses in an orderly manner.

(1) In September 2016, the company's Party branch, in collaboration with the Municipal Committee for the Care of the Young and Elderly, organized the "Hundred Impoverished Students Funding Activity", providing financial assistance to 100 impoverished students in our city, helping them realize their dream of attending school;

(2) The Party branch, targeting the existing registered poor households in the assistance village - Liuzhai Village, has implemented a regular subsidy model in batches and stages. It first provides regular subsidies to key poor households that have become impoverished due to serious illnesses, severe disabilities, or education expenses, achieving the goal of subsidizing and lifting a batch of households out of poverty. So far, Qiangwang Company has regularly subsidized more than 40 poor households, nearly 200 people, and 16 households, 46 people, were lifted out of poverty in 2016. It has been awarded the honor of "Exemplary Organization in Precision Poverty Alleviation Project" in our city.

In February 2017, Zhang Qiang, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the company, led members of the company's targeted poverty alleviation leadership team to Liu Zhai Village to hold a symposium on the 2017 paired assistance work. Relevant leaders from the municipal government, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Management Committee, and other organizations attended the symposium. During the meeting, Zhang Qiang, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the company, signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Commissioned Purchase of Ecological Agricultural Products" on behalf of the company with Liu Zhai Village. At the same time, the company will support Liu Zhai Village with an annual working fund of 60,000 yuan, which will be used as collective income for poverty alleviation and collective economic development.

(4) During festivals and busy farming seasons, the company's Party branch actively organizes the company's leadership team and volunteer service team to visit and offer condolences to single elderly people and impoverished households, bringing them warmth and assistance. The Party branch of the company has carefully planned the construction of the Party members' activity venue, taking into account factors such as capital investment and venue arrangement, and has resolved the funding issue for the construction of the Party members' activity venue. In accordance with the "six-having" standard, which includes having a place, facilities, signs, a Party flag, books and newspapers, and a system, a standardized Party building work venue has been established. At the same time, with the strong support of the Organization Department of the Jieshou Municipal Committee, the "Pioneer Online" distance education site has been opened.

3. Utilization: "One room serves multiple purposes.".

Through the integration and utilization of bioengineering technology and deep processing of agricultural and sideline products, it focuses on technological breakthroughs and product development for a series of products such as multi-variety salt, natural-grade functional seasonings, and functional foods. The company aims to develop nutritious and healthy foods with Chinese characteristics that have a conditioning effect on human health, thereby promoting the company's transformation, upgrading, and sustainable development.

2. Establish an innovative system featuring comprehensive development from "research and development - pilot testing - industrialization"

Guided by the strategic concept of "Standing at a New Starting Point and Achieving New Development", the company has re-planned its existing production and operation activities, forming four research and development (R&D) and production bases: "Functional Compound Seasoning Production Area", "Multi-Variety Salt Production Area", "Biotechnology Industry Achievement Transformation Pilot Base", and "Nutrition and Health Industrial Park". The total planned output value is 4.86 billion yuan. By building a "smart factory" based on the "Internet plus" collaborative manufacturing new model, the company has established a model of intelligent manufacturing for functional food and compound seasoning with large production capacity, high degree of intelligence, and a relatively safe quality control system in China, forming an innovative system of comprehensive development from "R&D to pilot to industrialization".

This project is listed as the top priority project for the "big health" industry in our city's "13th Five-Year Plan" and has received a support of 150 million yuan from the National Special Construction Fund.

Party building is a long-term and arduous task.
