In order to further strengthen the construction of non-public enterprise Communist Youth League organizations, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of young people for work, and better unite and lead young members to participate in economic and social construction, on the afternoon of May 4th, Anhui Qiangwang Seasoning Food Co., Ltd. held its first Youth League Member Conference and Youth League Branch Member Election Conference. Jian Li, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Secretary of the Youth League Working Committee of the High tech Zone, and Lu Jie, Secretary of the Party Branch and Executive Vice General Manager of Anhui Qiangwang Seasoning Food Co., Ltd., attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

The conference kicked off with the majestic national anthem. The meeting listened to the preparatory work report made by the conference preparation group and read out the approval document from the Youth League and Municipal Committee. The youth members of the Youth League reviewed and approved the election method by raising their hands. The meeting elected the first branch committee of the Youth League through anonymous voting and differential election. The first plenary meeting of the first branch committee of the Communist Youth League Anhui Qiangwang Seasoning Food Co., Ltd. was held immediately, and Comrade Yang Tingting was elected as the secretary of the Youth League branch. With the joint efforts of all attending members, the conference successfully completed all the prescribed agendas.

Jian Li, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee and Secretary of the Youth League Working Committee of the High tech Zone, first extended warm congratulations to the establishment of the Youth League Branch of Anhui Qiangwang Seasoning Food Co., Ltd. He affirmed the efforts and contributions made by our company in Party building, enterprise management, scientific and technological innovation, public welfare undertakings, and other aspects in recent years. At the same time, he put forward three earnest hopes for the young members of the Youth League: firstly, we must adhere to the leadership of the Party, and the Youth League Branch should firmly shoulder political responsibilities under the leadership of the Qiangwang Party Branch, spread the voice of the Party to the youth of the enterprise, and unite the strength of the youth. The second is to strengthen the performance of duties and responsibilities, focus on organizational needs, standardize the construction of youth league branches, give full play to the role of enterprise youth league branches as fortresses, and stimulate the vitality of young people. Thirdly, we need to strengthen the cultivation of young people. Enterprise Youth League branches should enhance their service awareness, guide young members to think seriously, work hard and start businesses, and contribute their youthful strength to the realization of higher quality development of enterprises.

Lu Jie, Secretary of the Party Branch and Executive Vice General Manager of Anhui Qiangwang Seasoning Food Co., Ltd., put forward two requirements in his speech: firstly, he hopes that the newly established Youth League Branch can actively explore new methods and ideas for non-public enterprise Youth League organization work based on the actual situation of the company, create Qiangwang characteristics, unite and lead the vast number of young members of the company to actively carry out work; Secondly, we hope that the young members of the Youth League will cherish the opportunity and, with a vibrant and ambitious image, help and communicate with each other in future organizational activities, unite and strive for progress, and establish correct ideals, beliefs, and values.

The newly elected secretary of the Youth League Branch, Yang Tingting, stated that in future work, she will lead the first Youth League Branch Committee to adhere to the work requirements of "Party building leading Youth League building, and Youth League building promoting Party building", fully promote corporate culture, strengthen self construction, serve the youth of the company, and create a new look for the construction of non-public enterprise Youth League organizations in our city.
